Fiesta Flamenco with René Heredia and his Flamenco Fantasy Dance Theatre brings the heart and soul of Spanish gypsy flamenco to the stage, complete with colorful costumes, fans, stomping feet and fiery passion.

The intimate setting of Caffè Sole ideal for artists to perform their highly expressive songs and dances, seemingly an arm’s length from where guests sip wine and enjoy delicious tapas at their cozy tables.

Caffè Sole is a small cafe venue in the European tradition and does not take reservations, so it is recommended to come early to get a good table and enjoy our wonderful and affordable new menu with several new vegetarian, vegan and carnivorous options. We have added several new craft beers and great international wines. 

About Maestro Heredia

Maestro Heredia is a direct descendant of the gitano flamenco puro tradition as passed down to him by generations of his gypsy family. He is credited with bringing flamenco to Colorado and has received numerous awards, including the Governors and Mayors Awards for Excellence in the Arts.

The Flamenco Fantasy Dance Theatre is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation of the pure Spanish gypsy and Andalusian art of flamenco.
