Maestro Heredia is from Granada, Spain and is a direct descendant of the gitano flamenco puro tradition as passed down to him by generations of his gypsy family. He is credited with bringing flamenco to Colorado and has received numerous awards, including the Governors and Mayors Awards for Excellence in the Arts.
The Flamenco Fantasy Dance Theatre is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation of the pure Spanish gypsy and Andalusian art of flamenco.
